Harmon is one of many players who has really seen a portal move improve his draft stock this year. He decided to move from Michigan State to Oregon for the 2024 season and everything exploded when he was on a better team and surrounded by better mates. Obviously, this path has been repeated enough times by enough players that it is difficult to suggest there isn’t value in a mid-level player moving up to a ranked power to show his abilities more clearly.
