2025 Draft Profile - UCF's RB RJ Harvey

Harvey might be a bit more under the radar, but his tape suggests he can do the job.

I confess I was not terribly familiar with this player, but happy I took the time.

No. 7 - RJ Harvey - Age 24 - RS Senior - 5’8 - 205 - 4.4 - Central Florida

Harvey was from the 2019 recruiting class as a QB, but now emerges as a serious RB prospect:

• Born and raised in Orlando and was a dual-threat QB and 3-star in class of 2019 who started at Virginia, but hit the portal after redshirting.

• Switched to RB and had small role before ripping his ACL and missing 2021.

• 2022 - All American Conference

• 2024 - All Big 12 (1st) and All-American (3rd)

2022 - 149 snaps, 38 missed tackles, 414 yards after contact, 2 fumbles - 82.3 PFF

2023 - 319 snaps, 74 missed tackles, 802 yards after contact, 3 fumbles - 87.9 PFF

2024 - 305 snaps, 69 missed tackles, 897 yards after contact, 2 fumbles - 85.1 PFF
