Checking In on NFC East with Robert Mays
The four teams have many ties that bind and problems to solve before training camps.
Ok, here is a little football content in this week with so much NBA and NHL playoffs on our minds. I know that some of you are here for football and I want to help you scratch that itch, even if I don’t have the time this week to provide you with the normal allotment.
So, a very special treat, I believe, is offered today instead.
For years, I worked at The Athletic and was part of a NFL staff that was pretty impressive. Things happened, companies were sold, and some of us had to move on, but I am thrilled that Robert Mays is still doing The Athletic Football Show and I have enjoyed it for years.
This week, Robert asked me to join him to check in with all four teams and I was delighted to spend some time. Here, below, is the video of our visit that went about 90 minutes and you can absolutely find this in podcast audio form in your normal places, including here.
To assist you through the episode, I should provide you with a few notes, so here you go. First, I will include the screenshots from my NFL database that I have created (I didn’t actually create it since I don’t know how) to track all 32 teams.
