My Three Thoughts on Washington Caps at Stars

Stars head to their Mexican vacations with a Saturday Matinee against Ovechkin & Co.

Periodically, when the schedule allows, I will pick a game each week or two on the Dallas Stars schedule to offer a quick 1,000 words or so on a game in the form of a Three Thoughts debrief. Today’s day game special fits.

The Dallas Stars were able to survive a late scare to take the full two points from Washington with a 5-4 overtime victory. Thomas Harley has done it again with yet another game winner and the Stars end the pre-All Star Game phase with nine of their last ten points to feel good about their direction.

They now take 10 days off before getting back to it on February 6th in Buffalo.
