We entered this game-day thinking there were very few avenues for Oklahoma to find what might allow them a chance to compete with their chief rival this year. The Sooners were a 14.5-point underdogs for a reason. And that reason was abundantly demonstrated throughout this affair as Texas beat down Oklahoma, 34-3, in a way that suggested that it could have even been much worse. This game was a massive mismatch from the moment Texas hit on its first big play and therefore gets back the bragging rights in this amazing series.
These are My Three Thoughts-
– We thought these two teams were not very close heading into this game and we left thinking the margin may be even bigger. The uniforms may look the same, but the peaks and valleys of this annual measuring stick tell us that at the moment, Texas and Oklahoma is not a fair fight.
